Training

Through our partnership with RANKEN Technical College all Birkel Electric Employees will undergo a 5-year training program at the state-of-the art RANKEN facilities. The program is certified by the Bureau of Apprentice Training and includes:

• 8000 on-the-job training hours
• Forklift training
• Powder-actuated tool training
• Direct involvement from day one
